A Georgia Native for the last decade, Rosie Lopez has lived and owned businesses in both Cobb & Cherokee County. Originally from Venezuela, Rosie attended Andres Bello University to obtain her bachelor's degree in Communications. Upon arriving in the US, she worked as a multi-cultural PR, marketing, and event consultant for clients such as Coca-Cola, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, & Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta. Rosie has also served as a Spanish interpreter for the Cherokee School District and Municipal Courts. Ella habla español ~ go figure :)

Rosie's passion for family and home design leads to her following her dreams and becoming an agent. Rosie loves working with a variety of clients and providing excellent service to buyers and sellers, in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Rosie has successful experience in relocation sales, new homes, resells, land transactions, and off-market properties. Rosie maintains her success by being communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented with all clients - and she'll be alongside you every step of the way.

Rosie lives in Woodstock, GA with her husband and two kids. When she's not selling homes, Rosie loves spending time with her kids, coffee on the patio, cooking dinner with her husband, and a nice glass of wine while watching one of her favorite TV show, Survivor!
